• The right to license the Symbian Foundation platform, royalty free and without source code fees
• Modification and distribution rights to other Symbian Foundation members
• Access to council meeting minutes, deliverables and roadmap
• The right to actively participate in Working Groups and annual member meetings
• Position on the Member Directory, alongside other leaders in the mobile value chain
• Access to branding, marketing, legal and business development support
• Voting rights and eligibility for nomination to Board and Council seats
